One-pot, nutrient-dense, and zero stress.
This one’s for everyone who still thinks that cooking healthy meals is a long, complicated task that ends in a mountain of dishes.
We’re here to show you otherwise.
This broth bowl is:
✔️ Ready in 10 minutes
✔️ Wholesome and satisfying
✔️ Packed with protein, collagen, and probiotics
✔️ Comforting without the heaviness
✔️ And… minimal cleanup required

Ingredients (serves 2):
500ml Classic or Herbal Bone Broth (shop here)
300–500g grass-fed, hormone-free ground meat (beef, lamb, or turkey)
1–2 stalks spring onion, sliced
Salt, paprika, Italian herbs, garlic powder – or any clean, comforting blend
Optional extras: sliced mushrooms, chopped butternut squash, zucchini, or a portion of clean pasta (e.g., rice noodles or lentil pasta)
A generous spoon of Tangy Chop Sauerkraut for topping (shop here)
Instructions:
Add your bone broth to a medium pot and bring to a gentle simmer.
Add in your mince, breaking it up with a wooden spoon as it cooks directly in the broth.
Toss in your seasonings, spring onion, and any additional vegetables or pasta you’d like.
Let it all simmer gently for about 8–10 minutes, until the mince is cooked and veggies are tender.
Serve hot in deep bowls and top generously with sauerkraut just before eating for that probiotic, tangy boost.
Why this meal works:
✔️ Bone broth supports your gut lining, skin, and joints with collagen and amino acids.
✔️ Grass-fed mince brings protein, B vitamins, and healthy fats.
✔️ Sauerkraut delivers enzymes and probiotics to support digestion and immune health.
✔️ And the warm, brothy base is deeply grounding — comfort food, evolved.
Healthy doesn’t have to mean hard. Let your kitchen become a place of nourishment, not stress.
This 10-minute recipe proves it.
