Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery and pickup options:

Pickup date and time is only official after confirmation from our side.

Please have your order number ready when picking up your order. We can only hand over the package to you after confirming the correct order number.
Making an appointment for pickup:
Making an appointment is essential to ensure your order is ready when you arrive. We only prepare your package close to the scheduled pickup time to maintain the ideal cool conditions for your products (when it includes frozen or refrigerated items), preserving their quality and freshness. So by letting us know the time of pickup, we know when to pack your order.
Same-Day Pickup:

Place your order before 3:00 p.m., and your items can for sure be ready for collection the same day.

Placed your order after 3:00 p.m. but still like to pick it up the same day? Send us a message to see if we can still make this happen for you. If not, you can schedule your appointment for pickup starting from the next business day.

Be sure to confirm your pickup time via WhatsApp to avoid any delays.
Late Pickup or Rescheduling:
If you’re unable to make your confirmed pickup time, please notify us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to reschedule.
Nationwide Delivery:
We deliver anywhere in South Africa. Our delivery process ensures your products arrive in cool condition to maintain their quality and freshness.
Order Processing Timeline:

Orders placed Monday to Wednesday (before 10:00 a.m.): Processed and shipped within the same week.

Orders placed after Wednesday (10:00 a.m.): Shipped the following Monday.
This schedule ensures same-week delivery, allowing us to maintain the freshness of our perishable products. Most of our items are frozen or refrigerated immediately after being made to lock in their natural flavors and nutrients without the need for artificial preservatives. By keeping our shipments in cool conditions, we ensure that you receive products that are just as nutritious and delicious as the day they were made.
Packaging for Freshness:
To protect your products during transit, we use packaging that maintains cool conditions. Each package that holds frozen or refrigerated products includes cooling packs to preserve the cool state of the products. This makes our same-week delivery perfect for ensuring that your order reaches you in the best possible condition. However, prolonged delays over weekends can compromise the cool environment, which is why we avoid shipping orders later in the week.
While some slight defrosting of frozen products may occur during transit, this does not affect the quality. Simply place the product back in your freezer or allow it to defrost for immediate enjoyment.
Delivery Timeframe:
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 2–3 business days.

Delivery Rates:
We partner with The Courier Guy to ensure reliable and efficient delivery across South Africa. Delivery rates are based on the weight of your package and will be calculated automatically at checkout when you select the delivery option:
