Probiotic Overnight Chia Pudding Recipe

Serves: 1

Prep time: 5 minutes (+ overnight soak)


Ingredients:

  • 250 ml Pow-Wah smoothie

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • Optional: diced apple, pinch of extra cinnamon, or crushed nuts for topping


Instructions:

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine chia seeds and Pow-Wah smoothie.

  2. Stir well to avoid clumps, then let sit for 5–10 minutes. Stir again.

  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 4–6 hours.

  4. In the morning, give it a quick stir

  5. Chop 1 apple into small pieces and begin layering: start with a layer of apple in a clean jar.

  6. Spoon in some chia pudding, then add a second layer of apple.

  7. Top with the remaining chia pudding, and finish with extra apple, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and any toppings you love — like crushed nuts, coconut flakes, or a drizzle of nut butter.


Tip: Make a double batch and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. It thickens beautifully and just gets creamier with time.
